Wind Mitigation Inspections
For Your Insurance Needs

                        Wind Mitigation Inspections

Wind Mitigation Inspections helps limit the amount of wind damage inflicted on a home. Many insurance companies offer homeowners premium discounts and rebates for implementing specific enhancement. And if you’ve already made certain improvements, a Wind Mitigation Inspection can provide the verification you need to receive credits or discounts on your homeowner’s insurance.

4-Point Home Inspections

4-Point Home Inspection

Many insurance companies require a 4-Point Inspection for homeowner’s insurance and renewals for an existing policy on an older home. The “four points” covered in this limited inspection include the four vital systems of the home: the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. This inspection identifies their components, determines their age and assess their overall condition

Seller's Pre-listing Inspection

                    Seller’s pre-listing inspection
Are you selling your home? Let me inspect it before you even list it. A move-in certified seller’s inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repairs and estimates.
Show prospective buyers that you are dealing in good faith. Avoid 11th hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home for sale inspected now.

Investment property inspection

                      Investment property inspection
If you are investing in a rental property, a second or vacation home, this inspection covers the same items that are evaluated in my Standard Home Inspection.  It will help you budget for any necessary repairs and upgrades due to deferred maintenance, age and other issues.

Annual Home
Maintenance Inspection

                  Annual Home Maintenance Inspection
This inspection helps you understand and plan for the demands of maintaining your home properly.  Some tasks are seasonal and some require more frequent attention.  I’ll identify any outstanding issues and educate you about what should be done to keep your home in top condition year-round.

Renter’s Inspection

                                 Renter’s Inspection
Let me inspect your rental unit upon your move-in to document its condition and any issues with it so that you can avoid any disputes with your landlord upon your move-out
