David was raised in a family of builders including all trades. 

From early years he spent most of his time at job sites with the older male members of his family.

At the age of 21 he obtained his General Contractors License and was soon the Vice President of a Commercial and Residential Construction Co. 

7 Years Later he was an owner that worked side by side with his men to make sure jobs where done on time and every Phase passed inspections. 

                                          Over 44 yrs on Job Sites.

  After spending time with family and raising three children, his passion was  always Architecture, Designing and Building.

He designed and built new homes, room additions, kitchens and baths. David also loved working on historical renovations with the Historical Society.

He has managed and supervised work on commercial projects including K-marts, Kroger Supermarkets, restaurants, hospital renovations, shopping malls, one Church, a large renovation on a General Motors plant and was invited to Hawaii where he supervised work with locals to build a large complex in Maui. 

David spent his life building and teaching others how to build.
